Gas Exchange of Oiticica Seedlings in Response to Potassium Fertilization and Water Turning

Aims: This objective of this work was to evaluate the effects water deficiency on physiological aspects oiticica plants, as well capacity potassium fertilization attenuate such effects.
 Study Design: The treatments were distributed in an entirely randomized design (DIC), consisting a 4x4 factorial, with four levels (K) and turning, five repetitions.
 Place Duration Study: experiment conducted shaded environment, 50% light interception, Forest Nursery UAEF/UFCG, between January 2020 July 2020.
 Methodology: relative content (RWC), transpiration (E) photosynthesis (A) rates, stomatal conductance (gs), internal CO2 concentration (Ci) evaluated, from values A E, intrinsic use efficiency (EUAi) calculated and, data Ci, carboxylation (A/Ci).
 Results: There significant interaction parameters RWC, gs, EUAi isolated effect turning Ci A/Ci. Irrigation daily or every days provided maintenance higher status better behavior, plants sensitive stress by longer turnings (every 10 15 days). 100 150 mg dm-3 K kept E high, even under low availability.
 Conclusion: Potassium proved be effective attenuating negative caused gas exchange WUEi seedlings, highlights for levels.
